Where's my report?
Did you input your email correctly? If it has been over 10 minutes and you still haven't received your paid report, check that you paid using the same email you used to fill out the free quiz. Free reports are retained for one month. Reach out to us at hello@citymatch.us if you need help retrieving your paid report.
How can I provide feedback?

Are you matching cities globally?
We are currently focusing on the United States market.
Will you store my credit card information?
No. We use a third party (Wix Payments) for credit card processing.
What sources do you use?
We use internet-available resources to compile the information in a Citymatch Report.
How does your satisfaction guarantee policy work?
We will first try to make it right, however, if we are unable to reach a mutually agreeable solution then you will be refunded the purchase price. Return and Refund Policy
