Check your email address. Did you check out with a different email than your quiz? If so, fill out this form so we can regenerate your quiz. If it has been over 20 minutes and you still haven't received your paid report please reach out to hello@citymatch.us.

Are you matching cities globally?
We are currently focusing on the United States market.

Will you store my credit card information?
No. We use a third party (Wix Payments) for credit card processing.
What sources do you use?
We use internet-available resources to compile the information in a Citymatch Report.
How do refunds work?
Because Citymatch Reports and other digital Products are made available or generated for you following purchase, all purchases of digital Products are final and non-refundable once the order has been submitted. ​
